I first bought the car almost two years ago for $200 and ever since have been restoring it with my old man to have ready for my 18th b'day. We started off by completly stripping the entire car and scraping it back to bare metal. We kept the original 173 which was pulled apart and completley overhauled, but scrapped the aussie 4spd and went with a reconditioned 5spd celica box. Car is currently primed and almost ready for paint which will be orange with black trim. Have spent almost $6000 on project with still a bit to go. rear suspension has been overhauled, new diff, all new rubbers, and has been painted and bolted back on. Same deal with the front end plus new brake rotors,pads and cylinders. Motor and gearbox now attached to front end soon to be put back in.

bought 2nd hand sprintmasters from swap meet. filed out dents and scratches and polished up. New tires put on, new wheel and lock nuts and centre caps just been put on car. Motor, exaust,brake and fuel lines have all been put in. Pics on http://nevana0.tr |
