The 81137 means Monaro LS Coupe
The paint appears to be Baroda Silver metallic

Someone with more knolwedge should be able to decode the rest

Hi Andy.

That HQ is a 6 cylinder Monaro LS, in Baroda Silver (Mk 1) Met with black vinyl interior trim.

It was built in Melbourne (Dandenong) in '71.
