Looking at a 1970 white HG GTS Monaro 186s fitted with a 307 v8 out of a hk. It is in original unrestored condition, appears unmolested and most likely rust free. badges, black interior etc all fine Everything is there.

How much should i be paying for it roughly??
Any help would be greatly appreciated, even though i dont have pics to show u.

Hi HSVmaster,

Doesn't sound unmolested, with a non-original engine (& probably gearbox, tailshaft, radiator, linkages etc) fiited. These bits cost a lot to source, repair & fit.

To answer the money question, how long is a piece of string, $10,000 to

From what i can see and what the owner has told me, all it needs is an engine tune and registeration.
The owner is asking for the the lower end of the price bracket you gave.

At that price, if the paint & trim are half way reasonable & it's a complete registered driving car, GRAB IT.
