Can i put a elect dizzy out of fuel injected six into my 202 , and if so what do i need to change !!!

Hi Dwayne.
Yes the VK EFI dizzy will fit your 202.
The main thing is how you wire it up to your model car, you didn't tell us what car you have.

I think its the coil the dissy and plug gaps is all you need to change

You need hei dizzy(EFI type only)/hei coil/hei leads/an recommend new plugs BPR6EFS or BPR6EFS-13
Cheat & run wire from starter to coil,live when key on to clear all wiring probs with ballast etc from HJ wiring .
Vast improvement on spark,reliabilit

That won't work. If you mean to run the wire to the solenoid supply, the coil will already have 12V when cranking so this is pointless. If you mean to the power terminal it is also no good as the coil will ALWAYS have 12V on it. What you need is to bypass
