have problems with my 2003 dedicated gas ba backfiring on acceleration. happens when acceleratinf fast and othertimes when you hardly touch the accelerator. dealer has put the socalled plugs in to cure the problem, but still occuring..have fitted a redline inlet filter, turbosix inlet mouth, which is a lot larger than the standard one, and the vehicle has done 100,000 kms, any help will be appreciated.

I had this problem with my EB when I first converted it to gas. I replaced the leads & it went away but that is'nt going to help you because you don't have leads.

thanks Jim5.0 thats what i would have done if it was a normal car. but being a dedicated gas vehicle i am unwilling to play, hopefully someone with a ba/ ded gas vehicle who has had these problems and has had it sorted out will see the problem on th
