Hi All,
Does anyone know where to get the rectangular sticker that says "Holden - Driving Australia's Future" with the aussie flag? I've seen them on the back window of Holdens made around the 1983/4 mark. Can anyone verify this? I think they're stuck on the inside of the window.

thanks
Rhys

That's right, it is "Holden - Australia's Driving Future"

It first appeared on the VK, and then the VL.

There are 2 types, both are rectangular. The one with curved printing is for sedans, and the straight one is for wagons.

Cheers,

Mick

I know it doesn't help, but I saw one at a swapmeet here in Adelaide a couple of months ago for about $5.

At least it shows there are some new ones out there. If you can't find one, take a really good photo of one on a car, and take it to Sign-a-rama

HDT in Sydney (www.hdt.com.au) had one (sedan type) when I was there last time. They may or may not be willing to sell it, as I think it was their last one. Their number is 02 9792 1911.

I have a VL back window with one of those stickers on it. If you want me to take a pic of it and E-mail it to you, I'd be more than happy to do that.

Not sure I'd go with a NOS one. They are 20-odd years old and I think the glue would be a bit cactus b

Thanks for the reply guys, thats a great help. Checked out the HDT webpage and they've got two listed, one for $4 and one for $8. Both are curved, but maybe one of the pics is wrong as the part numbers are different and also consecutive. After a straight
