I have a question, in Qld does it require an engineers certificate for a modified bonnet. The bonnet on the FJ opens forwards and there are now retaining pins and clamps welded to the bonnet and front radiator support area. The old bonnet hinges have been removed and the body and firewall slightly modified. Sorry cant post photos to show what I mean. Does any one have any idea, or where I may check on the internet ?

Any help would be appreciated.
