Hi, I’ve just resprayed my HZ and had new springs and suspension put on. Now I’m starting to look at working the motor. Any suggestions in order of priority on “mildly” working my 202 red engine? I’ve been told extractors/exhaust then carby followed by, cam, and maybe electric fan. I have no need to pull record times on the quarter mile but hope for some extra grunt, Any suggestions would be helpful...

What you have said pretty much nails it all mate. Maybe electronic ignition or a petronix kit ( if they make one for the 202? ) down the track.
