just wondering if any knew of the laws involving suicide doors.. also what the law on having a reverse open bonnet? i seen a fibre glass bonnet and guards at the hr-hd nationals this year so i know its possible but ive never seen suicide doors in australia? possiible?

If you want a reverse opening bonnet then look at a 70's BMW they still have the catch at the front. When you pull the bonnet the front of the bonnet lifts as per normal. You then walk around the front of the car & pull the bonnet forwards about 4 in

Suicide doors, my 1948 vauxhall has them, they are great but can be a pain at times. If you go down that road and fit them to your car, be sure to use bear claw type latches. if your door locks and latches are not the right type they can come open all b

there is a post floating around on engeneers cert's it has in it a link to a web page that has a lot of usefull facts go there as it has a lot of info and you might find what you want if not save it for the future
