Hi guys and girls, I would like to inform you all about a very bad experience I have had with a company called Brisbane Airport Parking, on Nudgee Rd Hendra.
Basically I paid to have my car left there with them for a couple of days undercover, whilst I went to Tassie. On my return I found the car parked out the front on an odd angle with the back wheels up over the gutter on the footpath and the front wheels still on the road (in their cul-de-sac). Upon inspecting my vehicle I notice the front bar cracked with scratches and gouges on the underside. I was angry, as you could expect, and filled out their form for “incident and accident”. I was not given the name of the employee that parked my car and was told the manager would contact me in a couple of days time.
I meanwhile got the ball rolling at my end by lodging a claim with my insurance company and getting 2 quotes. The manager of BAP has side stepped me for over 2 days, he arrives late, leaves early and wont return my phone calls. His staff say they don’t know his mobile number and they won’t give me the number for the owner/owners of the company.

What ever you do DON’T give these shonky people your business, they’ll take your money and thumb their nose at you.

MY car is in show condition with thousands of dollars spent on mods and upgrades, I genuinely thought that Brisbane Airport Parking would be professional and look after my pride and joy or at the very least fess up and fix the damage they caused ASAP, not try and screw me around with the hope I would go away quietly.

This Company has also got a sister/parent company call AIRPORT PARKING with locations in every capital city in Australia and 3 in New Zealand too. I would had to paint them all with the same brush, but I wont be using any of them as I fear that they would all have the same policy on damaging customers cars and not giving a hoot.

Thanks.

there is a site called, I think, notgoodenough which specialises in complaints against business, probably they would have better spread than this site.
