i found a dizz on ebay.

if i was to buy this what other parts would i need to buy to complete the setup and are the additional part pricey or what?

thanks ozchevy,is it as simple as unpluging my leads pluging in the new ones? then i have to get it re graphed yeah?

no, the terminals on the leads are different to points ignition. you will also need a coil to suit electronic ignition. check condition of contacts in cap and on rotor

Correct me if I'm wrong, but when I looked at the auction, it said removed from a Red Motor, therefor no changes or alterations to wiring would be required. (Already done)

You will need 12 volts at coil + to do this you will need to run a new wire back to ignition switch or run a relay,the original wire only has 8-9 volts at coil.

if it ain't broke we can improve it.

thanks for your help guys maybe if i do buy one i'll post again about wiring one up coz i'm confused
