Looking to fit a 450 econo to my standard 253 red motor work ute and just wanting some advice on jet sizes.

What is the Holley specific Part number of the Carby?

I have a list of all jet sizes for most models available.

You say this is fitted to a 253 cu" engine.

Mate, you must have some great breathing heads on that thing, cause the 4500 is 750cfm and jets range between 66 thou and 100 thou for that model carburettor. Personally I think your've over carburetted the e

The info that I've received this carbie is inbetween the 350 and 465 Holley.

Just check the P/No again if you see a number like this 65-7448 or this 65-4412, then this is the Holley Part Number, 4500 is a model number in the series of carburerrors and in the range of the 4500 series there are about eight carburettors from 750 cfm

2bbl Holley carb main jets range in size from 64 thou - 99 thou. Those are your limits. Available in an assortment kit P/No 36-181 Will jet the following carby's,

The 450 Economiser carb is not a normal Holley and, IIRC, was made by Weber for Holley.

They are sold as an economy carb for 455 CID Cadillac or Buick (I can't remember which) V8's...

It is a 4 barrel with the float bowl in the centre of the carb be
