vq vr vs diff centre Options

If you are trying to say can a VR/VS V8 diff fit in a VQ, or is the handbrake different, then the answer is complicated. All VQ, VP, VR & VS IRS diff centres will interchange. The only difference is the ABS sensors fitted

If that's the case, just bolt it up, no probs at all. Only swap the centre over - 4 bolts hold it to the K-frame. The hubs, arms, springs & driveshafts stay in the car & you reuse your old ones - so ther

If it's gears only, then it's a straight swap. If it's the whole centre assembly, then you must keep the external ABS sensors & tone wheels for ABS. Sen

I have found you need to lower the K-frame a bit (loosen the front nuts, athough the bushes have a fair bit of play) and remove the rear diff mount to do this. The "gear lookin
