at the the top of the fuel tank there is a 1/4" return line inside that there is a plug with a half mil hole remove that to stop high pressure build up in the injecters. instead of having the preasure gauge of the clock you should run at about 2.5 - 3 bar

I ran the return line to the top of the overflow line at the tank and fitted a T piece to use both.

If you are going EFI you can only use the VK EFI loom from the engine compartment.

Does the HZ have the resister wire to the coil? If so I'd go with the Wb so you can use the existing eng bay wiring to the coil and starter motor running to the factory bay connector (unless you are going to pull pins and redo the whole lot).

To use the electronic ignition you have to cut out the resistor wire.

Ummmm... the WB will also have the resistor wire, and in any case you don't need to muck about with the under wiring at all except to do the ignition bit.You have to do it all in the sharp end. But to make it easy for the computer and get it out of all

Hi Guys.
WB did not have a ballast resistor in the harness, as Dave said they use the same type of HEI dissy as the VC/VH etc.

If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0 |

I have the exact opposite problem to you John - I mounted the vk ecu behind and a little below the glovebox and due to the curve of the footwell I am having heaps of trouble unhooking the plug! If it could just be taked straight off rather than swinging l Edited by user Tuesday, 31 October 2006 2:01:04 AM(UTC)
