Hello yous I am still having the problem of tring to connect the plug from the wb nere the brake booster into the vk one, the wb one has 6 and the vk one has to many to count.could some one tell me a easier way , i have tried to follow the book but just g

Suggest you get a Gregorys shop manual I found it more straightforward than the Holden VK one the holden one splits the pages and wiring so its hard to get continuity of viewing the Gregorys puts it all on one page, still a bit confusing because you have

Hmmm, not too sure what you are you trying to do there titmar? The plug from the vk loom goes into the efi control module, the only other wires go to the vk fusebox from memory - I was fortunate that I converted from manual to auto so had the hole in the

Sorry guys its the one that veers off from the light loom and has got your wiper and heater wires , by memory there are pink,red,blue,green,brown wires on the WB and alot on the VK one.

that is what i am asking the one from the wb connector is from the fuse boxunder the dash and the vk one looks like it comes off the coil and distributor

the pink should be ignition to coil. the blue/brown/ green I am pretty sure go to electronic ignition and coil, they can be separated from the VK loom and use the wb ones.

thanks to john and wade i have finally got the ute to turn over i was getting confused with some wires , thay had changed a few colours on me.just waititng on my fuel tank to come and off she goes.

A GLORIOUS moment!! WOOHOO!!!!

From cranking to running took me more than a day - I worked out I had to change the resistor wire to the coil pretty quickly but then ended up with a faulty module on the dizzy...after checking and rechecking and recheck

Hello boy sorry I havent been on line I have been away But I am back.
About my ute it is 90% done I have Been Driving it for a while but now I have Taken it off the road to finish the cab part of it, Having Trouble with the Fuel temp and oil guages. Do I

Oil and temp should be fine (though I am just presuming) but I have no idea about fuel - there are so many probas that can occur from the sender (or sender type) through the wiring and to the gauge???
