I have a 1991 VQ statesman and I need some advice on the central locking/alarm module.

When I purchased the car I did not get any keyless entry remotes, I was hoping to change the module as I got one with a remote for free. I believe its a series 1.

I was wondering if anyone out there could help me with a diagram or anything to show me where it is located and any instructions or advice to get the thing out.

Please anyone with some advice PLEASE write back.

Thanks (xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo)

No worries Dave!

If you need more detailed instructions on dash removal, let me know, as it's not easy for a first-timer.

1. Take out the centre console and move it back an inch or so.
2. Undo the 3 screws along the bottom of the radio surround, and pop it out.
3. Lower the fuse cover & remove it (pin like the glovebox).
4. Undo the screw holding the climate screen & remo
