My temp gauge is not working as though it should i believe.

how can i test the hz gts temp gauge???

also i will replace the sender just coz i can and then i know its working. what type do i need for the gts dash? the eng is a vs 5L so is it just a standard old red motor one? or will i be able to use a VS one? maybe they are maybe they are not different?

You need one that suits the GTS guage, it must be an HJ to WB or LH/LX sender.

From either a 6 cylinder or V8.

To test take wire of sender the guage will go hot or cold, touch on block and guage will go the other way.

ah cheers for that!! so if i chat to motor traiders or repco or someone like that they should be able to give me a gts temp sender?

ill test the gauge today n make sure that is workin bonza!
