Hi guys just a question. I'm thinking about buying one of those line locker-launch control system's from B&M, how do they go and how easy to install are they. OR on the other hand i remember one of my mates a few years ago told me he had a transbrake setup witch is good for takeoff for drags but is alot dearer to do. any thoughts people.

I personally prefer Traction bars, or Tramp rods. If I had the money and time - then I'd go 4 link rear with coilovers. I guess line lockers do the job though, each to their own I guess.

hj, is your car manual or auto? leaf spring or four link? Line loks and trans brakes are 2 entirely diffent concepts. Lines locks work on your brakes. They are an electricly operated soleniod valve. The better quality ones, Hurst and B&M can work on eit

For a price on that, it would be best to ring up a good automatic transmission shop that specialises in race boxs. Prices will vary depending on what work is to be done. Just a transbrake probably a bit over $1000. Rebuilt box plus brake will be more. Las
