I currently have a hq trimatic, fitted to my hr ute, with T/bar on the floor.
I am altering back to column shift(auto).
Any suggestions on specific linkage, that will fit from gearbox trunion to steering box???.

As the HR used a powerglide I do not think you can use it for a trimatic.

The reason for this is the floor shift for a powerglide pushes forward when the lever moves forward and a trimatic the lever pushes back when the lever is pushed forward. You cou

Hi Guys.

The HG Tri-Matic T-bar operates the same as a HK/HT Powerglide T-bar. All they did was to reverse the lever on the side of the Tri-Matic box to point down so it pushes forward into park. The T-Bar mechanism (on the floor) is virtually the same
If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0
