i have a 96 el fairmont thet has had front end work done has only 190 000 on clock but will not start have checked fuses and relays has spark any info well be great

A pure guess here, Daniel...When you turn the key on, can you hear the fuel pump kick in for a couple of seconds? If not, maybe your tachometric relay has gone cactus or you have a loose/dirty connection in your wiring somewhere...

If they disconnected the battery - maybe they forget to refit the fuel pump relay earth wire to the battery. It is a single loose wire that can be easily overlooked

problem fixed thanks for your help it was finaly tracked down to be a that the injectors were not firing (thanks qute for that thought) and cause the injectors were not firing it caused the fuel pump to over work and die
