Valves are too big for a 307 in my opinion. I'd be staying with 1.94"/1.5" maximum.

Iron Eagles are good heads. 165cc intake should be fine on 307.
Are you going to leave it std, or some hipo mods??

They are both good heads, so I guess go with which one you get the best price on.
What are you planning on for this engine?? Are you just going to use it for a hot streeter? Any racing?? How much is fuel economy an issue?
A stage 3 cam doesn't tell me

the car is basically going to be a weekend cruiser so economy is too big a deal.
the cam i`m looking at has .442 & .444 lift, duration at .050 is 214 & 224, at 0 is 288 & 298 & lobe centres are 112. hydraulic lifters. after a compression ratio of around

That should be a pretty good combo, although I'd probably go with the Iron Eagle heads with the smaller chamber for a bit more comression. That will help both fuel economy and HP

Thats OK. I'd still go with the smaller chamber heads for the HP anyway. 10-1 CR will run around no worries. Should be a stout combo.
The only other thing I would add is a good ignition. A crane Hi6 or an MSD 6AL with the coils to go with them. My prefer

The cold air can be done a few ways.
Most common is a bonnet scoop, and hole in the bonnet with the air cleaner sealed to the bonnet from underneath so that the only air is sucked from outside the car.
Or. You can use a factory kind air cleaner and mod
