hey guys i have a 307 chev that has been freshnd up! i will start at the top, the heads have been done up for unleaded, has a 4b manifold, electronic dizzy, brand new cam and lifters cam is mild, new rings and bearings from memory it has been bored 40thou, obviously has new timeing gears and chain, chrome timeing cover, comes with alternator and bracket, water pump, starter motor engine mounts and cross member for t350 to go into hq B&M shifter, exstractors to go into hq, all engine needs is welshplugs as it hasnt been started since all has been done reason for sale is i cant be botherd with vicroads and all the **** to put it in a hz! Im asking $1000 for the lot ono it is located south gippsland either post here or contact me on 0437813793 cheers! Hqmonaro to be honest i have no idea, maybe one of the guys on here may have some idea, it hasnt been realy worked so it probly wouldnt be a great deal more than standard, the cam and elctronic dizzy may make a bit of difference but ir ealy cant help you |

I can do that hazzard county, where will i find the cast number? is that at the front of the block above the timeing cover? for all i know i may have a 307 thats out of a hk monaro it was in a bedford truck when i purchased it! cheers |

the cast number should be on the rear l/h side just behind the head & engine number should be front r/h side in front of the head dont post the full engine number just in case someone decides to use your engine number eg should have 8 numbers 30775645 & a

gday mate you seem to be on a winner i cross ref & the engine seems to be for an early built hk monaro premier or brougham from the dandenong plant melbourne but i stand corrected

gday bloke thats about all i can tell you the remainder of the numbers will tell you which plant the block was cast i'd say canada if it has the k on it .if you go to holden forum on this web site some one should be able to tell you more but i think thats
