Gday All On my WB ute i want to change it over to a statesman front end. Just wandering if i only have to change over the lights and the grill or if i have to change over the nose cone and the bumper as well. Any info would be good. Cheers BAD WB

Kieth, i have a good series 2 WB kingswood front clip on the farm, even the plastic bumper bar inner or what ever you call it is still good! rust free. call me if you want it.

BAD WB. CHange your whole clip if possible, faster and easier.(30 min off, 30 min on) paint it when its off,? plug your harness in when you are done!
otherwise, you will have to delete that little metal piece to allow for the longer lights. Not sur |

Differences are nose, radiator support and lights. Plus harness of course. Bumbers are interchangeable but Statesman has the rubber.

adam PERTH - What is the difference between series I WB Kingswood and series II WB Kingswood front clips? I thought they were identical from 1980-1984.

Series 1 is the round headlight with steel grille - not real popular. Didn't last long into 1980 before they changed to Square headlight, series 11. anyone know when?

Round headlight was just the base model (HOLDEN) introduced in April 1980. The square headlight was the KINGSWOOD ute also released in April 1980. The square headlight became standard on HOLDEN ute/van in August 1980 and on the tonner in April 1981. They |
