Does anyone have a photo or diagram of a factory setup for Hq/Z central locking?
i cant get after market units to work properly and i want to know how holden did it from factory.

What's your problem with after market? I've fitted it to a HQ, and LH. All fine. Had to clean and re-grease the door lock mechanisms, and adjust the spring so that the solenoids could operate, but it is very possible and easy with some time and patienc

Hi Jason.
I ajusted the springs and cleaned the locks but i cant get it right.The drivers side front and rear work ok but passenger side is a pain.They open the lock but when you go to open the door from the outside it makes a clunk and wont open.If you

Can't help you with the wiring diagram, but you should be able to use the aftermarket relay/controller and connect them to the factory Holden solenoids. Just bear in mind that the aftermarket solenoids have a "master" for the driver's door and the Holden

GMH - Im in Bris, so cant help in person, then.

Ok, so it sounds as if the solenoid doesnt have enough "bite" on the rod to unlock. Does it lock fine? Unlock by hand, then trigger central locking to lock it, then try to open the door. All good? May
