The only part of Bathurst worth watching was at 7:00am this morning when the real cars were racing. I reckon they should bring back production touring cars for Bathurst. SS Commodores and XR8 Falcons straight off the showroom floor, no mods except tuning,

They are getting harder and harder to tell apart as well. I think the shell with the roof is the only stock part.

Looks like we're all agreed then ... Series Production for Bathurst!
It'd be interesting to see the Monday sales figures now compared to years ago (when it was Series Production) when the old adage of, "Win on Sunday, sell on Monday" rang true ...

Hey tuff 250 salisbury diffs served Holden well in the 70s anyway, they must be pretty tough as I think it was 1976 when the Bob Morris torana had blue smoke out the back for a couple of laps, it was failing the diff but it got him home for a win. Sure t |

Hi Guys.
The 76 Bob Morris car was an L34 with a banjo diff. Salisbury diffs werent fitted until A9X.
The diff used in V8 Supercars is 9" alright, but there are no Ford bits in left in it. Its made up of Harrop & various aftermarket US bits.
