Im looking at buying vk 202 carby fed with 5spd to possabley put in a HG sedan the sedan currntly has 186 3speed manual is there anything major i will have to do for this conversion? crosmemebers, linkages ect

custom cross member / tailshaft yoke etc
clutch setup..fit the whole brake assembly from the commodore..
do you have disks...
not to hard.....

its has cable clutch on the 5speed car has drum brakes, do the commodore brakes fit?

no
update to hk/t/g disks with booster
cable clutch a bit of messing around
drill hole in fire wall etc....if you use the pedals from the commodore you should have no problem..take your out all 3..
and fit the commodore ones around the steering column
