Can anyone tell me if a g/box crossmember from a Turbo 350 trans HT would be suitable for a HT with an EFI 304 and T700.
Cheers.

No. You'll be close with a trimatic one. Try CRS - they may make one to suit. I think you'll have to do floor surgery to fit the TH700 thought.

Hi Byron.

The TH700 rear mount sit at the same height, but slightly further back as V8 Powerglide & Saginaw. An HT V8 Powerglide crossmember would be my choice.
If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0

Hi again.

I didn't read the question properly. There is no such thing as a genuine HT TH350 crossmember, it's probably just a V8 Powerglide anyway. TH350 has the same rear mount position as the V8 Powerglide & Saginaw.

So, yes it should fit the TH70
