hi just wondering if the P,S unit for a V8 will fit a 202 if you use a 6cyl bracket & when I say will they interchange I mean apart from the bracket no other mods needed. Thanks for your advice & help in advance see ya

100% correct. All you need is the 6cyl bracket, the stud in the rear of the pump, the stay that goes from the stud in the pump back to the engine mount, the pulley and screws, drive belt and lastly the spacers (between the pump and bracket, and between th

be warned the late HZ/WB/commie set ups are metric, I have a full exploded view of the set up at oldholden, it even includes the spacer measurments, if you need it I can post link or photo here...

I thought it was just WB that was metric as they use the tear drop style and the first few commos ust the long neck type which is imperial http://www.australianpow...ex_holden_kingswood.asp

the steering arms are the ones on the hq the short shaft from the column to the box is also different on power steered cars thats what i was told anyway power steering has made all the differenceto my hq cheers

The shaft from the column to the steering box is the same on PS and non-PS steering boxes. On non-PS, the shaft from the flexible coupling into the steering box is longer, where the PS box hasa short shaft and the power bits on top.
