is it possable to tell if a intake manifold on a 308 is a spread bore or not with out removing the carby, seieral numbers etc and do you need a spread bore maifold to run a 4 barrel carby? I was told you did and just resently i was told you didnt.

Holden 4 barrel manifolds are made to suit the Quad which has larger secondaries. Is that what you mean by spreadbore? I think squarebore has all four barrels the same size.

All original Holden manifolds are spreadbore.
