Hey guys,

Have a HK ute with a 350 chev from a HQ. I know this sump won't fit. The ute has a rack and pinion steering setup so I'm unsure what sump will fit. I've been told maybe a HK chev sump will fit. Anyone had the same situation in the past?

And for that matter with the rack and pinion steering what headers will fit?

Also, it's on straight LPG and I want to replace the old manifold. It has a Rochester on it now....anyone recommend a good spread bore manifold to suit this?

Cheers,

Martin

Is the rack in front or rear of the x-member? If its front mounted a HQ one should work.

Im not too sure about that, I think it sits pretty much where the drag link used to be. I will try and get some clarification on that or maybe get a pic up soon.

Cheers

As for the sump...sounds good, I suppose Ill try and fit the engine in there first before I go trying to source another sump------ :P
