What 2007 holden will become a collectable?

As the heading states of all the Holdens made and manufactured in 2007 which one in the next 30 to 40 years will become a collectable such as the early monaros and X-U1's?
What do YOU think and WHY?

I think they will all become desirable to some extent. On current trend you would have to say the SSV will be the most valuable, then SS, SV6, Calais/Statesman then down the line.

i think the VE gts will be a collectable.
If nissan motorsport is nismo, then doesnt that make honda motorsport Homo?

If i had too guess i would think in 20 yrs the only 1 probably the VE GTS as from what i know only a limited number sold each year ,, but i really dont think that any of them will be on par with the HK T G bathurst monaros or GT falcons .. things like SS

I sort of agree with Warren but the thing that kills most of the last decade of "muscle cars" is.....RACING HERITAGE...if anyone thinks their SS or GTS of this era resembles what has been raced in the V8 supercar era is either blind or has too much money

in a different view and collectable for different reasons , the VY HBD panelvans , you do not see many of these on the streets. Racing cars aside, and for the guy with a buget The VY SV8 , it has the same running gear and KW as the VY SS but its ten gran

I though HK to HG "bathurst Monaros" were mass produced, and Holden made as maby as they could sell, 1192 GTS 327s is not a limited edition.
Second type 327s, HQ GTS 350s do not have race heritage and look at their prices.
Go back 15 years and see w

oooooooow Dr Terry I was hoping for a bit more I know that the monaros and torana got their real status from racing in events that we will never see again but I was just wondering if you had to put your finger on a "modern" car which one and why?

How well will modern holdens age though? So much plastic, vinyl and other "non-metal" products form so much of the interior, exterior and the engineering on the engine and drivetrain is perhaps marginal at best.. designed for great performance over the l

Ok Warren you got me there lol...,but i can still see in my mind/memory of EH's and Bob Jane HQ/J monaro coupes being raced which gives the "race" theme,but struggle to take the support races for decade old cars of today....maybe my interest does not warr

Well Duncan I remember when HKs were less than 20 years old and the condition they were in in the wreckers. I just wish they were in as good a condition as VNs were at the same age, full of rust, smokey engines with oil leaks all over them, ripped plastic

If I had to pick a modern Holden, of any out of this millenia (post 2000) that I could stick in the shed itd be a choice of 3:
1. The HSV 427 Monaro. I know it was only a (CV6 I think) shell that was used at the original release, but who cares.

I think people in the future will only collect /do up cars up if there is money in it......... thats the way modern youth thinks.....theres always the 10% who think the other way ....but..... As for a modern car like a monaro being a classic......well ti
