Hi there,
I am hoping someone can help.
My Trimatic transmission in my ute (253)appears to be leaking large amounts of oil from the hole in the bell housing cover.
I would guess it has leaked about 1.5 litres of oil.
I refilled it, drove it, then when parked it leaked again.
Any advice very welcome.

thanks

Is it red oil or black oil? if its red its transmission, if not its the engine rear seal. both mean the removal of the engine or transmission. personally I would remove them both together. easier to work on then. also don't forget to do the rear welsh plu
