Help please! Bosch HEI timing gear

I am about to head off & purchase a replacement gear. It is a Bosch HEI from a Commodore VH 3.3 (9230 064 700) fitted to a red 186. Are the gear patterns identical as not sure whether to specify the gear for a 186 or 202. Thanks for any help.
