AFTER 1972 THERE AINT NO MUSCLE CARS AND MATCHING NUMBERS ARE FOR TIMES TABLES....

Not wishing to get involved in a slinging match, but if a 1973 LJ XU1 "Bathurst", LH SLR5000 L34, LX SLR5000 A9X or LX SS A9X arent muscle cars then neither is an XA RPO83, which probably is the premier Australian Ford muscle car (if anyone argues that th

I do not see how my Monaro reputation can be effected by the A9X article? I contributed information, ok a couple of errors. The editor used this to give a story about the A9X, which to me is about the racing side. Once again not my area.

we wreck, you obviously like muscle cars and thats good, but a lot of your comments aren't all that helpful. If you want to get really nitpicky then a fordor isn't a musclecar full stop. I was at the beach on the weekend and both an XT GT (wite w/red pin)

Always interesting to hear other opinions. To me an XA GT "special" is a class above a Phase III. Not because i have driven either (which I haven't). Just because of how they look and their better Bathurst record against stronger opposition. To me Bathurs
