brake valve Options

HKs didnt have a proportioning valve, HQs were the first. Where is this device located on your car. Are you talking about the brass junction block mounted low down in the RH side of the front sub-frame, under the floor. If so, this

The other bit I can remember is that Premiers, GTSs & Broughams

From what you say it would be my bet that the wire ran unbundled to the centre of the firewall and then unbundled again on the inside and routed to the back of the handbrake switch
