Im currently restoring a two tone vh sle. Im after any information regarding the size of the stripe, the spacing or any other information.

What Ive found out so far

The stripe originally was a sticker with a Holden part number. And as far as Holden knows no other information is available.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

In the VH, it was a mask, not a stripe/sticker.
There's seperate part numbers for the 9 sections of mask.
The mask was applied to the car, then paint applied to make the stripe, then the mask removed.

The original masks were done by a company in SA c
Cheers,

Mick

Looks like you'll need to find an orignal, non-repainted shadowtone VH, and using reference points every 100mm from nose to tail, measure the relative heights from a common point (like the swage line), and replicate that into your masks.

Cheers,

Mic
