hey all, i have a 253 with a m21 and i want to go auto what would be the best, looking to go 4 speed auto maybe vn 2 vs not sure yet, what would be the better one to go. cheers

turbo pattern doesnt bolt up to your block.
In cubes we trust.

what would bolt up using a adaptor plate and not needing to much stuffing around with computers and wires.

Easiest four speeder would be a VN or VP V8 box. You can also buy an adapter to fit a VN or VP V6 box (cheaper box but possibly more expensive conversion kit).
Those two models don't have an electronic auto but still require some wiring to operate th |

VN to VP as jim5.0 said but use (V6t700)the kit is around $500 from CRS in victoria and a sinch to fit but you may need to get the tail shaft shortend, as for the lock up you can buy a kit for $200 that will do it automaticly or rig up a switch yourself w Edited by user Friday, 5 September 2008 6:05:51 PM(UTC)

Depending on your engine mods (bored, race cam and so forth) why not try a 2 speed power glide, unbreakable. Pete

308.....t400...308diff...i think is the best(affordable combo)by time you do all the other stuff ,just get a turbo block,leave the car as is and start a build up on the combo ,just my opinion..cheers(too lazy to log on)
