Looking at a couple of holden panel vans(SANDMAN) wanting to purchase one to restore to former glory, however I'm wanting to find out if they are genuine. I have the codes for both of them if someone could have a look at them to check if they are.

The HX is definately a Sandman having slate black trim and a 1950GVW. Sorry, I don't know the paint code.

The HJ is a good chance it is a Sandman with Deauville Blue Metallic paint, black trim and a 202 engine. Is it plated as a 2 seater, does it have

Hi Absinth, yes the HJ is plated as a 2 seater, and it has a full headlining, not sure about the door switches. the motor was originally a 202 he said but has had a 253 put in which might explain the gearbox(what was the m21?)interesting to see the GVMis

Hi again, in regards to the paint code she said that it was originally a goldy colour if that means anything? 567-30183(code)Cheers.

Guy's what do you think a late HZ sandman in restored/ mint condition, window less could be worth?

You would probably be looking at around $30-35k, going on the ones that I have seen recently.
