Hello Folks,
A week ago while in Brisbane I bought a 1973
HQ Holden premier sedan 8/10 condition for a
daily driver but it has one slight annoying problem.
When reversing or travelling at low speed around
car parks it has a terrible squeek in the
steering, now that Im home and still have several
weeks off I want to solve this problem.
Has anyone encounted this noise before and I can't
work out whether its on the left or right side.
Thanks Mary

Hi Does the noise only happen when on full lock, and if so is it particularly noticeable when reversing out of a driveway whilst turning.
If so it may need some grease on the steering stops, (the steering stops are pads on the outer steering arms that ru
