Hi all
I will soon be removing my Girlock calipers and was thinking that I might be better off upgrading to PBR twin piston calipers as per late commodores. Would like to know some of the fors and againsts from some of you more experienced people. Also not sure that the new PBRs will be a direct replacement, has anyone found an adaptor plate on the market(dont really want a Hoppers kit as I already have rotors)
thanks
Brian

Hi Brian.

I have done a few HQ-WB front brake conversions using VT-style front calipers & rotors, but most were done using Hoppers kits.

I can tell you a couple of specs though. The Commodore caliper will not bolt onto the early model stub axle, bec
If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0

I am still using standard rotor so I might just stick with the girlocks and get them recoed/painted/polished and then put on the drilled rotors,
I dont have the hubs yet to suit the DBA rotors, where do I get these??
