Will a eh 6 gear box(on the column shift) go into a hk 6 and still retain the column shift. Any mods needed?? AL.

depends whether the EH is an orig crash box and the HK is a crash. If one is a synchro you have to change bits

3speeds, thanks for the reply, the eh has a synchro going into a hk(both column shift) May have to change linkages???? al.

Youll need column linkages off a HK originally fitted with a synchro box, or I believe any HT or HG with column 3 speed (these were all synchro boxes, but synchro was optional on HK). If the HK is currently a crash box it will by hydraulic clutch, so youl
