Hey guys,

Just wondering if someone can tell me the installed height of the rubbers between rail and body.

Are the radiator support rubbers the same as those used for the chassis/body?

Are the bolts torqued to determine installed height, the crush tube used to finalise position or is just a measurement?

The main reason for asking is because I'm trying to finish setting up the driveline and if there is an appreciable difference between installed height of new and what I have now with rubbers of indeterminate age I can certainly use the extra clearance that new rubbers will give.

Tempted to just shim the chassis if im already close to correct height but if its a decent distance I'll fit new rubbers.

Cheers.

Many years ago that I did it with a panel van but just tightened up the bolts along the chassis to the body and I am sure the radiator ones are different.
