Hi i was wondering if anyone knew if you can adjust the neutral position on the hk saginaw shifter. Im setting up my linkages and have a set neutral position. Makes it easy to work out linkages but i would like to centre the shifter and mech a little more into the shifter hole. Cheers

The neutral position is adjusted by placing a 5/16" gauge pin through a hole in the shifter body which locates a notch in the rear of each shift plate and the shift rods adjusted accordingly. I suppose you could offset the neutral position of the lot forward or backwards by the same amount but as the body of the shift mechanism is fixed you could run out of travel. Also, if you adjust it too far the reverse lockout may not work correctly.
