As I said earlier, much of the stuff on this car has been fitted after it left the factory, most likely by the dealer or the first owner.
You use the term 'factory' loosely. It could mean made at the factory which most Holden & Nasco spares were, or it could mean fitted at the factory, which only applies to genuine options. Nasco was GM-H's parts & service dept. They quite often sold things like the rocker & wheel arch mouldings as kits, with all the necessary screws & clips etc. to be fitted as accessories to dress up cars post sale.
I think that this car left the factory as a regular Glacier White Special sedan with an Aqua interior. It had the optional 186S, an Opel 4-sp gearbox & disc brakes. These were all regular options. An HR of this build configuration was not uncommon in that era. It may also have an LSD or even power steering, but these haven't been mentioned thus far.
From that little photo & your comments we can tell that it has had these added:
Rocker mouldings
Wheel arch mouldings
Premier door belt & c-pillar mouldings
Premier badges on the c-pillar
wide steel wheels
Premier boot lid trim
None of these were available as factory options, but can be added at any time after the car was delivered to dealer, by utilising a Nasco kit (if available) or by just purchasing the bits from the dealer's spare parts dept & bolting them on.
These all make the car a little unique, but they weren't factory-fitted. GM-H did not build the car like this.
