How do you identify a 3.55 or a 3.36 LSD

As to what.
The crown wheel has it marked on it.
Or count the teeth pinion and then the crown.
LSD lift one wheel of the ground and if she spins freely it's an open but if not she is a LSD.
Or if looking at it, the LSD has springs in it.

Have a look on the pinion seal cover should be stamped, but this can be changed so as castellan just said remove it and it has it on crown wheel
