Mosman Park (Perth) assembled HK or HT.

No idea. Mosman park V8's are not common, so could even be into HT, but will be 1968 or 1969. It is the 418th 307/327 stamped there. Not just Premier, Monaro or Brougham. Could also be Belmont, Kingswood or GTS. Not sure if Mosman Park even assembled Brougham or GTS. The engine was assembled on 23rd October 1967.

K means McKinnon Industries, later St Catharine's. 10 is October. 23 is 23rd. This is the engine assembly plant and assembly date/month code.

The accessories on the engine are worth more than the actual block and heads. Air cleaner, carby, exhaust manifolds, sump, dizzy etc. If it is a good runner and complete maybe $1000-$1500, something around that.

You already know the QU bit.

40113 is the 114th Dandenong assembly plant stamped HQ GTS350 engine.

K is General Motors of Canada, St Catharine's (the Canadian engine plant).

O303 is 3rd March (1971 - you need the cast date off the side of the block to give you the year).

H exact meaning is subject to some conjecture, but it essentially means Holden - you'll find this on all HK, HG and HQ McKinnon/St Catharine's assembled engines other than for 307.

Ben reckons the Mosman Park 307 will be from a HT - it is the latest 307 from there that he has seen. Shows you how few 307 powered HK Mosman park assembled.

Yes, would be reasonably OK as long as the Premier is a Mosman Park car.
