I was going to bring a 9 year old post back to life but it wouldnt let me. I tested the Tamiya X-27 enamel model paint and its so damn close to the Dupli-Color MC200 Red Metal Cast Anodized Paint so I'll be going with that. Am I correct in saying the sides of the peaks should have no paint on them as shown in this photo? No paint where the black lines are drawn?

I belive it is. This car has been out of rego from 1980 to 2015, apart from some period modifications the car is in mostly original condition. The paint on the trim looks to be original. Edited by user Sunday, 8 May 2016 1:37:09 AM(UTC)
