Hi I recently purchased a lx coupe is it normal to have the car Id in two different pens and writing [img]null[/img]

sorry in my owners book it has been filled out with 2 types of writing and pens the car info is in one pen and the owner details are in another I was curious if the book was filled out at one place and when sold the owners information filled out
