at 60mph theres 100mm of play
everything is pretty much new or replaced except the s box
maybe the box needs adjustment?
any one got some tips for adjustment?

You are able to adjust the steering box via the locked bolt on top, but its (I'd suggest) a professional job, too much involved to explain here. Have you got a HK workshop manual, should be in there. I think there is also an explanation on holdenpaedia
