Recently picked up a solid registered FX with all standard running gear and our plan is to make her more street and highway friendly.
Our plan to to replace the front and rear ends with an aftermarket unit and fit a straight 6 with an auto.
I've been Googling this and I find there's kits available and pretty much bolt in.
Does anyone know which front end is best suited and where would I go to obtain such a kit.
When modifying these kind of vehicles do we need to seek permission to build from the Transport department first.
Thanks guys and Gals, were older virgins to the Holden scene.

I have been looking at front suspension assemblies for my HK GTS and the Rodtech one looks the best for those, FJ probably too. http://rodtech.com.au/IF...NT%20END?product_id=673

You'll need to speak to an Engineer about your plans.
